The Atomgripz Megalodon takes its name from the largest and most powerful predator ever to swim the Earth's oceans. With an estimated bite force approaching 40,000 PSI, the prehistoric Megalodon shark is the only creature ever believed capable of generating enough force to conquer the Megalodon gripper.

A New Benchmark in Strength
At the heart of the Megalodon lies the largest spring ever fitted to a commercial hand gripper. Featuring an astonishing 15.9mm diameter spring, its sheer size pushes the boundaries of what was once thought possible in a production gripper. Its immense spring force places it in a category entirely of its own.
We approached several respected organisations about obtaining an official RGC rating. Their response was unexpected—the spring's extraordinary size and force were considered capable of damaging conventional gripper testing equipment.
As a result, the Megalodon's true RGC rating may never be officially known.
Current estimates suggest it would exceed 5,000 lb, making it one of the most formidable grip strength tools ever created.
The legend remains unmeasured.

The Megalodon introduces what we believe are the most advanced handles ever fitted to a hand gripper.
Each precision-machined stainless steel handle features aggressive precision knurling for exceptional grip, finished with a distinctive 2mm recessed shoulder flowing into beautifully machined 3D decagonal handle ends.
Completing the design are exclusive limited-edition Megalodon end caps, depicting the giant shark with its jaws wide open—a constant reminder of the creature that inspired this extraordinary creation.
Every detail has been engineered to make the Megalodon instantly recognisable from across the room.

Every Megalodon is individually made to order and presented in an exclusive cotton drawstring dust bag, printed with a limited-edition Megalodon design.
Production is permanently limited to just 201 pieces worldwide.

These authentic fossils were discovered in North Carolina, USA, and carefully sourced through Charmouth Fossils in the United Kingdom.

Please note, to stay true to our roots, the Megalodon is made with traditional carbon spring steel that is mirror polished. This material can tarnish or rust if exposed to water ot humid conditions, so to care for the spring, keep it dry and wipe down from time to time with WD40 or general 3 in 1 oil.
